Terms and Conditions
By placing an order with GLS Printing / Greenelyte Solutions, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Quotations and Estimates
Prices listed on this website are subject to change without notice. Written estimates are valid for thirty (30) days from the date issued. Estimates not accepted within this period may be revised.
2. Payment Terms
All orders must be prepaid due to expedited production schedules. Production may begin immediately upon order submission.
3. Orders and Content Responsibility
GLS Printing / Greenelyte Solutions reserves the right to refuse any order that it deems improper, unlawful, or in violation of applicable regulations. The company is not responsible for damages arising from copyright infringement, trademark misuse, or unlawful content submitted by the customer. The customer represents and warrants that they hold all necessary rights to the materials submitted for printing and publication.
4. Current Specials and Promotions
To receive promotional pricing, valid promotion codes must be entered at checkout at the time the order is placed. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively after an order has been finalized. Participation in promotions may require enrollment in the GLS Printing / Greenelyte Solutions mailing list. Promotional offers are subject to change and eligibility requirements.
5. Cancellations
Canceled orders are subject to charges for costs incurred prior to cancellation. Orders may only be canceled on the same business day they are placed and before the 4:00 PM EST cutoff time. A minimum cancellation fee of $45 plus six percent (6%) of the total order cost, including shipping, will apply. Orders canceled after the business day of placement are not eligible for refunds and will receive store credit only.
6. Refund Policy
Refunds are not issued once production has begun, except in cases where the finished product fails to meet industry-standard workmanship as defined in Section 21. All approved remedies are issued at the sole discretion of GLS Printing / Greenelyte Solutions.
7. Credit Card Disputes
Customers agree to make a good faith effort to resolve any concerns directly with GLS Printing / Greenelyte Solutions before initiating a credit card dispute or chargeback. All disputes shall be addressed between the customer and GLS Printing / Greenelyte Solutions.
8. Store Credit
Store credit is nontransferable, has no cash value, and may not be redeemed for cash. Store credit may not be applied toward design services, event ticket printing, or combined with promotions or discounts unless expressly stated in writing.
9. Accuracy of Specifications
All quotations are based on the specifications provided by the customer. GLS Printing / Greenelyte Solutions reserves the right to re-quote an order if submitted artwork does not conform to the specifications upon which the original estimate was based. Orders are deemed accurate and complete upon submission.
10. Color Mode and Production Standards
All production at GLS Printing / Greenelyte Solutions is performed exclusively in CMYK color mode. Files submitted in RGB or any other color mode will be converted to CMYK upon order submission. Color conversion may result in color shifting, tonal variation, or changes in brightness or saturation. Such variations are normal and do not constitute a defect.
11. Limitation of Liability
GLS Printing / Greenelyte Solutions liability is limited to the selling price of the defective product. The company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to lost profits. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
12. Warranty
GLS Printing / Greenelyte Solutions warrants that all products meet generally accepted industry standards and are free from material defects in workmanship. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
13. Indemnification
The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless GLS Printing / Greenelyte Solutions from any claims, damages, losses, costs, or expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from the content submitted by the customer or the customer’s use of printed materials.
14. Electronic Files and Artwork
Customers are responsible for maintaining copies of all submitted files. GLS Printing / Greenelyte Solutions is not responsible for loss, damage, or errors in customer-supplied files. Files are not archived beyond production completion. Additional file preparation, editing, or formatting services will be billed at current rates.
15. Alterations and Corrections
All requested changes must be submitted in writing and include all revisions. Design and correction services are billed at $75 per hour.
16. Prepress Proofs
Proofs are available upon request for a fee of $100 plus a minimum shipping charge of $25. Proofs must be approved in writing before production proceeds. GLS Printing / Greenelyte Solutions is not responsible for errors when proofs are waived or approved by the customer.
17. Color Accuracy
Due to differences in equipment, paper, ink, and production conditions, color variations between proofs and final printed materials may occur. Printing is performed to a pleasing color standard using CMYK processes. Exact color matching is not guaranteed.
18. Overruns and Underruns
Orders may be subject to industry-standard quantity variances of plus or minus five percent (±5%).
19. Delivery and Shipping
GLS Printing / Greenelyte Solutions is not responsible for delays or damage caused by third-party carriers. Ownership of finished goods transfers to the customer upon delivery to the carrier. Orders not claimed within fifteen (15) calendar days after notice may be considered abandoned and discarded.
20. Claims
Claims for defects, shortages, or damages must be submitted in writing within five (5) calendar days of delivery. Claims related to shipping damage must include carrier documentation. Failure to submit a claim within this timeframe constitutes acceptance of the order.
21. Workmanship Guarantee
Products are guaranteed to meet gang run and industry-standard workmanship specifications. At its discretion, GLS Printing / Greenelyte Solutions will reprint the order or issue store credit for qualifying defects.
22. Gang Run Conditions
Printing begins at 10:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday, excluding rush orders. Final size may vary by up to one-eighth (1/8) inch. Minor cutting variances and color shifts are acceptable. Files not meeting bleed requirements may have borders added. If only one file is submitted, it will be printed on both sides unless otherwise specified. All files must be uploaded through the website.
23. Reprints
If a reprint is required, the original submitted files will be used. New or revised files will not be accepted for reprints.
24. Turnaround Estimates
Turnaround times are estimates only. Priority printing affects queue placement and does not guarantee completion or delivery by a specific date. Post-print services are not included in priority turnaround. Store credit of five percent (5%) of printing cost may be issued upon request for qualifying delays, excluding events beyond company control.
25. Billing Statements
Customer billing statements may reflect charges under one or more of the following descriptors: Greenelyte Solutions, GLS Printing, Square, or PayPal. Customers acknowledge and agree that these descriptors are authorized billing names associated with GLS Printing / Greenelyte Solutions.
26. Inkjet Proof Disclaimer
Inkjet and laser proofs may differ significantly from final CMYK offset printing. Finished products are printed using CMYK production standards and may not match on-screen or desktop printer output.
27. Changes to Terms
GLS Printing / Greenelyte Solutions reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting unless otherwise stated.
