Q. Can I use scanned, camera phone or Facebook images?
A. Scanned, camera phone or Facebook images should not be used in your submitted artwork. Those images will produce low quality prints.
Q. What resolution should my image be in order to print clearly?
A. We prefer all images with a resolution of 300 DPI.

Q. What is the turnaround time for printing services?
A. Our normal turnaround time is 3-4 business day on most products and can increase to 3-7 business days depending print product or workload. Shipping is not included in this estimate.
Q. What are your shipping options?
A. Our shipping options are UPS and Fed Ex. The cost of your shipment depends upon both your location and the weight of the items being shipped. Transit time is between 3-5 Business days. Pick-up Option is NOT Available
Q. What is your refund policy?
A. In the event that you cancel an order before production begins, the Customer will be eligible for a refund in the form of in-store credit, which will remain valid for 30 days before expiring. In some cases where no work has been done or no print file has been added to your order we will process a refund back to the payment method used. We will charge a 18% processing fee on all cask back orders
